Short answer: Goodweigh reviews from our 2026 customer satisfaction survey, which involved more than 1,000 customers, show an average rating of 8.3. Nearly 9 out of 10 customers say they would recommend Goodweigh to friends or family.

Goodweigh experiences: More than 1,000 customers completed our questionnaire about their experience with Goodweigh. The average rating: 8.3 out of 10. Nearly 9 out of 10 customers say they would recommend us to friends or family. Not bad, but what lies behind these figures?

And where can we improve even further? In this blog, we’re sharing the honest results of our customer satisfaction survey: what’s going well, what could be improved, and what we’re doing about it.

How do we measure experiences with Goodweigh?

In June 2026, Goodweigh customers received a questionnaire comprising 15 questions. The questions covered satisfaction with individual aspects of our service on a scale of 1 to 5, how customers had found Goodweigh, why they chose us, and what changes they’d like to see. In total, more than 1,000 customers took part.

Aspect Average % rating 4 or 5
Order status information4.5289%
Medical chat4.4088%
Customer service / communication4.3386%
Delivery speed4.2781%
Support during treatment4.2382%
Personal portal4.1978%

The open-ended questions received a remarkably high number of responses: the question about the guidance received 883 detailed replies, whilst the question about the personal portal received 720. This kind of response is useful for assessing the quality of our service.

The results: what’s working well

All six aspects of the service scored an average of over 4.1 on a scale of 1 to 5. The highest-rated aspect is the order status information, with an average of 4.52 and 89 per cent of customers giving a 4 or 5. This means customers know exactly where their medicines are at every stage of the journey, which provides peace of mind in a process where many people are already feeling uncertain.

The medical chat and customer service also score highly, with 4.40 and 4.33 respectively. One customer described the sign-up process as follows: “Easy to get started. I could try it out and then cancel it again.” This combination of accessibility and personal contact is a recurring theme in several responses as a reason to stay.

How likely are customers to recommend us?

When asked how likely they are to recommend Goodweigh to a friend or family member on a scale of 0 to 10, customers give an average score of 8. Only 10 per cent give a score of 6 or lower, whilst half give a 9 or 10. This suggests that a large majority of customers would actively recommend us to people in their circle of friends and family.

Areas for improvement: honesty about areas for improvement

The lowest scores relate to the personal portal (4.19), guidance during treatment (4.23) and delivery speed (4.27). In the open-ended responses, which were completed in detail, three requests were the most common. Almost one in five comments on the portal (19 per cent) relate to the desire for a mobile app: “Why don’t you make an app out of it? It’s easier to use,” wrote one customer.

In addition, 15 per cent of the service comments call for more human contact and more personalised guidance, with less use of chatbots and more opportunities to call. Finally, 12 per cent mention the desire for a quicker response from the medical team, with clearer communication and no repetitive emails.

What are we doing with this feedback?

We take these signals seriously and are working step by step to implement the improvements. For the personal portal, we’re investigating how we can make the experience more accessible and user-friendly, including the request for a mobile app. When it comes to guidance, we’re looking at ways to make contact more personalised and less reliant on automated responses.

As for communication, we’re working on shorter response times from the medical team so that customers receive faster and clearer answers. We won’t make any promises we can’t keep, but we’ll share concrete progress as soon as it’s available.

How do customers find us?

Google is by far the largest channel through which customers find us, with 426 mentions, followed by Instagram with 265 and word-of-mouth recommendations via friends and family with 156. On average, customers who have come to us via a doctor or another healthcare provider are the most satisfied. This is no coincidence: those who come via a healthcare professional have often thought more carefully about their choice and start with realistic expectations.

One customer who found us via social media put it this way: “I’ve heard good things on Instagram. I’ve already tried so many things, and this really is my last attempt – and it’s actually working. I’m so happy.”
